As the wedding day draws nearer and nearer, the time is coming for you and your future husband or wife to write their vows. This is quite a simple and enjoyable task for women generally, it is the men who have the most trouble putting their feelings on paper and having to say them in front of all your guests.
The traditional wedding vows consisted of things like I will love you forever, until the day we die, you're my soul mate and other phrases to this effect. Unfortunately there are companies and websites out there that offer men and women the chance to purchase pre-written speeches and vows for their wedding. This is something that completely takes the sincerity out of the vows and will most likely not be appreciated by your future spouse.
Writing your vows does not have to be hard. Simply take your time and write down what is in your heart. When you choose to spend the rest of your life with someone it should be easy for you to share your feelings with them and that is the perfect way to begin your vows, as if no one else were in the room.
